My First Color Inspiration Challenge


I found this great blog, with a lot of design and scrapbooking ideas, she hosts a card challenge based on color inspirations.

I love these colors!

Here's what I did!

Supplies:
Card #1 Mom
Paper: Die Cuts with a view (stripe), and Bazzill Brown and White
Eylets: Dritz, painted
Hardware: Stampin' Up Hodge Podge Hardware, staples
Ribbon: Ofrey Grosgrain brown, American crafts, and green twill
Letters: Making Memories rub-ons,MOM Letters: Sticko Style EK Success
Chipboard painted with Making Memories acrylic pink paint

Card # 2 Owl
Paper: Stampin' Up Close to Cocoa and Whisper White, patterned is Stampin' Up
Eylets: Stampin' Up
Punch: Stampin' Up slot punch and Fiskars corner rounder
Ribbon: Stampin' Up Chocolate Chip and Jumbo Ric Rac from Little Red Cottage's Etsy Shop
Ink and Markers: Stampin' Up Close to Cocoa and Pretty in Pink
Letter Stamps: Hero Arts
Owl: My husband drew him (for another project of mine-will post later) and I took his drawing and cut it apart and paper pieced it, then I scanned it into the computer and changed his color in Photoshop, his eyes are gems (maker unknown)

Card #3 Flower
Paper: Stampin' Up Whisper White, patterned are Stampin' Up, Pink is Bazzill
Punch: Stampin' Up scallop punch, circle and corner rounder is Fiskars
Ribbon: Velvet from 100 Wishes
Ink and Markers: Stampin' Up Chocolate Chip and Pretty in Pink
Letter Stamps: Hero Arts
Button, vintage; Twine, colored with Pretty in Pink ink

Card #4 So Very
Paper: Stampin' Up patterned, Pink Bazzill
Brad: Stampin' Up
Punch: Stampin' Up Scallop round and message slot, corner rounder and round Fiskars
Ribbon: Stampin' Up Chocolate Chip
Ink and Markers: Stampin' Up Close to Cocoa and Pretty in Pink
Stamps: Stampin' Up
