I was looking for some small gift bags to put some small prizes in for a ATC trade I was in. I found these great little gift bags at my local bead supply store for 50¢ each. I could not leave them as is, so I decided to stamp on them.
You need to make sure you put paper in between the layers because the material is rather thin.
I knew I wanted to use 2 certain stamps. So the first thing I did was make a mask of the second stamp, so I could put that on the bag before I stamped the first stamp. I also wanted to do 2 different colors, so this step helped with that as well.
With the mask in place I stamped the first stamp (using StazOn). Because the material was so thin, the image did not turn out very dark (that's ok, it made it look vintage).
Here it is with the mask removed, you can see the spot it left for the next stamp I am going to use. Make sure you keep that piece of paper in there until you are all done.
Next stamp is then stamped (using StazOn) into the spot left by the mask... all done!
Stamps are Unity 2009 available in stores only set.
