Just a random card....


My neighbor brought us over pickles last summer, we finally opened them up. 
I wanted to thank her, so I made this card.  
I am also going to bring her a case of canning jars (maybe that will get us more pickles :)

Recipe:
Solid Paper: Papertrey Ink
Pattern Paper: Basic Gray, Websters Pages and Amuse
Ink: Distress Ink-shattered shutters, Momento-black and fern AMuse
Die Cuts: Embossing folder
Stamps:  Papertrey Ink
Other: Pin, Copics, pop dots, ribbon and glossy accents

Things are already getting busy, Stamping expo and a NEW CAMERA!!!


You can probably tell that I am really busy lately, hence the MIA.

You can also tell summer is just around the corner.
I am already turning people down for gatherings
in June and July because
I already have things booked.

Don't forget that the stamping expo is in 2 weeks at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.



The Rubber Stamp and Scrapbook Expo is coming to town...

and I will be there!

The Expo will take place at the State Fair Grounds on May 15th & 16th.

I will be in the Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps booth

both days doing a make-n-take!

Please stop by and say “HI”.

Saturday, May 15th -- 9am-5pm

Sunday, May 16th -- 11am-4pm

It is being held inside the Progress Center Building.

Enter Gate # 5 off of Snelling Ave. North and take a right after inside the

Fair Grounds at Cosgrove and you will run right into the building.

Lots of FREE Parking!

And this is the new camera that I bought:


It is a Nikon D5000 and I am so excited to start playing with it.

The manual is a bible, so I am starting to read it over my
lunch hour at work.

My husband and I also have a couple
classes coming up. I mean we are designers, and
know A LOT about cameras, but this one is way out
of our realm of knowledge.

Once I play with it, I will start showing you some pictures.
