Binder Clip Tutorial

It is really easy to cover all of those boring black binder clips you have around the house. I use Mod Podge as the glue (mine is Gloss Lustre, but you can use flat). I also add age to mine (after it is dry) by using Tim Holtz Distress Ink (I like Tea and Walnut).

Here's how you can do it:

  1. Hi! I found you through the junk revolution message boards. I love this idea and the one for the flat ironed ribbon. Your background is awesome too!

    Looking forward to seeing more.

  3. I love the binder clips! I just cleaned out my desk drawers and I found lots of them. I saw them on your site a couple of nights ago and didn't write it down. I searched and searched and finally found you again on Junk Revolution. How do you do on Etsy? I'm thinking about that too. ??

  4. i hope you alter them. It is fun to do...i used paper but you could also use fabric.

I do well on Etsy, business comes and goes. But you have like 3 months before something expires and it only costs 20¢ for each listing (a lot cheaper than Ebay). So I can just let it sit there if I want.

  5. I've done a couple of small ones, but have never used the Mod Podge. I'm sure yours are a lot more utilitarian. I just used my tiny ones on cards. Now, I have to go find Junk Revolution that the others mentioned!!!
